Terms of Service

We build and host a website with a chat assistant that answers your clients in your voice and points them to your booking link. On the Full Suite, and if you use Square, we also give you a dashboard and a client list powered by your Square account. We set it up for you.

Each plan has a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription. The setup fee is charged when you buy. The monthly begins after your setup is complete. Prices are shown on our site at the time you buy.

There is no contract. You can cancel anytime, and your monthly stops at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees cover work already done and are not refundable once setup has started.

You give us accurate information about your business and the right to use your content to build your site and assistant. You are responsible for your own services, prices, and the promises you make to your clients. If you are on Square, you keep your Square account in good standing.

The assistant answers questions and hands clients to your booking page. It does not book, move, or cancel appointments on its own. It is a helpful tool, not a guarantee. You are responsible for confirming bookings and for the final word with your clients.

Your brand, your content, and your clients' data are yours. If you connect your own domain, it stays yours. If you cancel, your site stays live through the end of your billing period.

We work hard to keep the service running and accurate, but we provide it as-is. To the extent the law allows, Monarca Creative LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.
